MRI Technician (On-Call)
Join our team as an on-call MRI Technician to perform high-quality MRI examinations using our state-of-the-art Open MRI equipment. This position offers flexible scheduling to supplement your primary employment or accommodate varied availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders and departmental protocols
- Position patients properly and ensure comfort throughout procedure
- Screen patients for MRI safety contraindications and explain procedures
- Operate MRI equipment and ensure image quality meets diagnostic standards
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
- Respond to on-call scheduling requests with flexibility and reliability
Required Qualifications:
- ARRT(MR) certification or ARRT(R) with MRI experience
- Current NJ state licensure for radiologic technology
- BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to respond to on-call requests within reasonable timeframe
Preferred:
- 1+ years of MRI experience in clinical setting
- Experience with open bore MRI systems
- Knowledge of MRI safety protocols and ACR guidelines
Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray)
Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations using our digital radiography equipment. We seek a skilled technologist who delivers quality imaging while providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations per physician orders
- Position patients accurately to obtain quality diagnostic images
- Ensure proper radiation safety protocols and use of protective equipment
- Explain procedures to patients and address concerns professionally
- Maintain and troubleshoot digital radiography equipment
- Verify image quality and submit to PACS for radiologist interpretation
- Maintain accurate patient records and exam documentation
- Ensure exam rooms are clean, organized, and properly stocked
Required Qualifications:
- ARRT(R) certification (Radiography)
- Current NJ state licensure for radiologic technology
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles
- Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and position patients as needed
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of X-ray experience in outpatient or hospital setting
- Experience with digital radiography and PACS systems
- Additional certifications in other modalities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Sonographer (Ultrasound Technologist)
Perform ultrasound examinations for various body systems. ARDMS or ARRT(S) certification required. Experience in abdominal and vascular imaging preferred.
Front Desk / Patient Coordinator
Manage patient scheduling, registration, and insurance verification. Excellent customer service skills and medical office experience required.
