Ultrasound Imaging
Non-invasive, real-time imaging for soft tissue, abdominal, and vascular assessment using safe sound wave technology — no radiation exposure.
What is Ultrasound?
Ultrasound imaging, also called sonography, uses high-frequency sound waves to create real-time images of the inside of your body. A small transducer device is placed on your skin, which sends sound waves that bounce off internal structures and return as echoes. These echoes are converted into moving images displayed on a monitor.
Because ultrasound uses sound waves instead of radiation, it's completely safe and ideal for pregnant women, children, and patients requiring frequent monitoring.
